Dangerous product

I bought a Extension cord from the dollarama, it caught on small fire and burnt my leg, luckily I was able to treat it at home. Luckily my house didnt burn down, and not badly burnt. But I would appreciate it if you guys fixed future accidents, and possibly take this off the shelf, it was plugged in for maybe 10 minutes before this happened. Its the white Extension cord. I bought it in Stratford Ontario on HURON STREET !

Four crying kids with no floats at beach

Cant return without a receipt 4 float chairs. That didnt have a blow attachment to them. So only half blew up.. so four sweaty hot kids who are on the beach blowing up their new floats are now crying as all four didnt have blow holes to blow up pilllow. $20 dollars later crying kids. Come to resolve issue to email dollar rama the makers and seller of this product write a email and guess what its says four ten min sending me a code to my email address to verify and it doesnt show.. then when I try to click on it after ten min its says its under construction. Are you kidding me???

Stealing Time from Dollarama

This email is full details of one of your store managers stealing time from Dollarama CLIENT SERVICES The following letter is about one of your managers stealing time from your Company Daily when she works Im emailing you about one of your stores (609) in Prince George BC The person stealing time is the store manager and is being helped by her assistant manager who is adjusting her time when she leaves early This has been happening since late September or early October and continues today At her store and when she works in Quesnel from time to time She mostly leaves in the morning around 7:15-7:30 am and is gone for up to an hour to head home Then when she doesnt want to stay during the day she leaves early and the assistant manager adjusts her clock out time This happens just about daily When she leaves in the morning she heads home to where she smokes pot Shes high most of her time at work She feels that its her right to do this because she doesnt get paid enough for her work She maybe the best manager but has no respect for where she works Her name is Kristy Cole Assistant manager is Tammy Shaw I dont know if Jessica the area manager knows While in Quesnel she would take a break and go for coffee at which time Im thinking she would not punch out while she was gone. Or she would adjust her time when back in store 609 She knows that there are cameras but she was not worried about that because she didnt think shed ever get told on The days shed leave early shed leave some days around 11:00 am Instead of working till the end of her shift This matter is now in your hands to deal with And knowing that your a huge presence in Canada Im believing that you will deal with this to the upmost to protect your Company from this happening again Thank You for Your time

Great customer service

Outstanding customer service at Dundas St Dollarama in Woodstock. Forgot my wallet when i got to the checkout... cashier reached in her pocket and paid for my purchases... What a great feeling and i was very appreciative... That is great customer service if you ask me.... Employees are all friendly at this store... its a great place...you have to go to this store...they make you feel good and welcome ... they treat you like family...

i purchase a children book a its cost $1.50 but the register charge for $1.75. it might be the price change but they have to do their work...

User's recommendation: they have to take the old prices and put a new one so they wont get any complain from the costumer.

Very rude very bad customer service

Dollarama - Very rude very bad customer service
The person that served me was very rude. When she was scanning my items I told her that "I think you scanned it twice?" She turned around halfway with gestures that she is not acknowedging what I said. I know she did not like that I told her so I let her continue scanning the items. I was trying to read the screen however I could not see everything. She ignored me and she finished scanning. When I pay I had to screened the items and yes, I was right that she scanned the John cough drop twice. I went back to her and I ask for a refund. She asked me to take all my stuff from my bag but she never look at them. She just called another staff to refund my money. My money was refunded to me, but she never apologize and did not care that she inconvenienced me. I told her you did not want me to question you with your scanning but I was right and she said, "shut up!". I am very upset with her response. That was very rude of her to say that to me. She should not be working with this behaviour. Unbelievably disbelief that she could not admit that she scanned the items twice. The person refunded my money did not say anything at all as well. The people in this store have no manners. I told my daughter who is with me at this time not to buy anything at this store. There are other store such as Wal Mart that we could also buy these products that we bought. I hope Dollarama management can educate staff to treat people with respect and be fair to customer.

Manager theft

Manager in sidney bc canada, store is stealing the premium hot wheels , rather than putting on shelf for consumers to buy, some new hot wheels random are worth alot of money right off the shelf Well, he is stealing them .i complained to Mattel toys waiting to hear back from them. I should go to consumer board of canada and police , but bringing to your attention first. ..

They treat everyone like a suspect !

My spouse and I were in the store going up and down the aisle looking at stuff. We put a few things in our baskets and a few minutes later, the PA system said security scan this section of the store. Then a security show up and followed us all the way to the Checkouts. As we were paying for our things, we were glared at by the security guard. I guess we all look like criminals now with a mask and a toque(during the cold months)You just lost 2 customers for good!

I and along with others have been accused of stealing

When I was going to Dollar Tree here in Nashville. One of the store employees had ran up to the door,to block the door with her head sticking out. Told me that I was not allowed to come inside. I asked on what grounds? She told me that they were recieveing complaints about myself and a few other homeless people who we all have money that we all were stealing. She told me that her manager had told her that I was ban. I said I would like to speak with your manager. She told me that she is the manager. She's not the manager period. I said I would like to see it on camera from the security. She replied we don't have security. That I was ban. If this is the case why are we all not have been arrested in jail.

Terrible service

I was just at the Dollarama store in Carbonear nl. There were approximately 30 people in the lineup and no check out open. There were 2 employees standing by the checkout where you check out yourself. One employee was trying to help all customers at the instant checkout and the other employee was doing nothing, only standing there. I asked are you going to open up a checkout and was told "NO" - you have to check out yourself. Well this is really against the law as you have to have one checkout open at least !! Not all customers were happy with having no check out opened. I left my merchandise in the cart and gave it to the employee that was doing nothing and when I walked away I heard her say "sure I don't care if you buy anything or not!!! " What a terrible attitude and what a terrible customer experience.
